This is a killer semester, mostly because I can't seem to get ahead on sleep. Monday and Tuesday are both scheduled as 12-14 hour days, then I'm shot the rest of the week with straight 830/9am classes until I can crash on Friday night. Let's just say next semester will NOT be like this.

Posting some of the work I have done this semester and a little during the summer. I've been going to the Harvard Museum of Natural History at least once a week, sometimes twice a week. I really don't have many products from the semester so far, just a lot of sketches.

I've posted quite a bit to my scraps too. Just scans from my sketchbook stuck together roughly in the only 15 minutes I have.

I might post some of my essays too.

The Art Institute of Boston is having a student run show called "Down to Size", featuring small works by students.

In other news, I'm busy. Really busy. I don't have much coursework to post, actually, most of my work this semester has been in my sketchbooks or silly digital exercises (trap the amoeba!).

I'll try to scan some stuff soon.

No, I haven't died yet.

Major construction going on in the labs this month. I had a nice lull at the end of July where I felt *gasp* relaxed for a few days, now its back to some insanity. At least I'll feel productive.

I got to sit in on an animation precollege class in July, and it was really fun, maybe I'll post some of the work I did. I've also come up with some good concepts and preliminary work to start out next semester, as well as a slightly clearer idea of what I want to do with my comic, so we'll see where it takes me.

Well summer's finally about half over. I'm ready for school to start, this summer has been so subpar for various reasons. I haven't finished basically any artwork, can't seem to get beyond sketching. I was hoping to do some srsbizniss watercolor and dyes, maybe some oil, finish my comic, blah blah, but nothing's panning out.

I am, however, sitting in on the precollege animation class. Its fun, I'm learning a lot. I'm also playing through Mass Effect again.

So really I don't have much to post, unless you want to see a bunch of half finished sketches.

Summer has been going OK. Haven't found a second job yet, though. I've done lots of research studies.

Now I am uploading a few things from the tail end of last semester. The photos are not ALL that great but I didn't have access to a good camera. When I do I'll retake some of them. I'll probably be uploading them in small batches.

I have lots of ongoing projects underway.
